Coombe Farm Estate Maintenance, also known as Hillard Construction, is a wholly owned division of the A H Warren Trust.  Managed by Nick Hillard, his trusty team of skilled tradesmen provide high quality building services and are responsible for the estate’s entire portfolio.

From day to day maintenance through to planning & constructing all the residential, commercial and agricultural buildings, Hillard’s use trusted and local tradesmen to produce high-spec finishes in all projects undertaken.
